Y’all know I would do it. Part of feeling great is giving your body the nutrition that it needs. I know first hand how hard it is to find time to eat, so I wanted to give my followers quick and delicious options that they can grab on the go. I did a lot of research into trying a new supplement company and if you’ve been following for awhile you know that I love all-natural, so when I came across About Time and their all-natural products I was SO excited to try something new. Hands down, the best decision I’ve made.
That’s saying a lot since I’ve tried a lot of protein powders and bars in my life. Actually, I’ve eaten so many protein bars most of them make me gag now. I don’t know why, but I smell a Cliff bar and I want to vom. So of course I was skeptical when I opened up the Fruit Nuts and Protein Bar. One word: delish. This is a great, on-the-go bar that won’t make you feel guilty like that candy bar you just had.
The protein powder: yummmm. I make Hudson and I a green smoothie every day. Normally some variation of spinach, berries, bananas, ice and water. I’ll pour him his serving, add protein powder, blend again, and then have my smoothie. Both the chocolate and vanilla made these boring smoothies taste so much better! Best part: 100 calories and 25 grams of protein.
My absolute favorite product: Fill Shake and Go protein bottles. I don’t know about you but I get hangry. And fast. Just ask my husband. When that hanger hits I have to get some food or it’s not a pretty sight. It used to be that I’d stop at the closest fast food chain, but now I keep nuts and such in my car/diaper bag/purse. This was such a better option! Not only do they taste great (Cinnamon tastes like the milk leftover from a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch) but again its only 100 calories and 25g of protein.
Because I truly enjoyed these products, About Time and I have teamed up to give the lucky winner of the Revamped Mama Giveaway (end of next weeks post) some products! Stay posted for details 🙂
