Protein Parfait
My favorite recipe to date.  Seriously.  So good and so easy you could slap yo mamma. But please don’t.

Power Parfait- A Great After Workout Treat
*1 16 oz container greek yogurt- I use Green Mountain Creamery Vanilla Non-fat
*1 cup frozen blueberries
*1/4 cup frozen raspberries
*2 tbsp chia seeds
*2 tbsp vanilla extract
*1 scoop Cinnamon Swirl protein powder

1. Put all frozen fruit in food processor and blend until finely chopped.
2. Add yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract and protein powder to food processor and blend again.
3.  Pour into container and refrigerate.
4. Enjoy!
