You’ve asked and I’ve delivered: one of my favorite booty workouts for the #fitmamabikinichallenge! 
Do this circuit 3 times:
1. X Jumps :45 seconds 
2. One Legged Glute Bridges x20 each 
3. Lunge Walk with Back Leg Lift 1:00 
4. Squat to Side Leg Lift 1:00
