Some days I just can’t make it to the gym. Whether its a fussy/sick babe or just an overpacked day, it happens. So to make sure I get my workouts in I’ve set up a little home gym for myself. What’s in that home gym? Weights, stress bands, and water. That’s it! That’s all I need to stay in shape and get a great workout in. The best is that I got all of my workout gear & hydration for super cheap. How you may ask? Sam’s Club my friend.
That’s right. Sam’s has SO much when it comes to healthy living. From vitamins to workout equipment, they have it all. Check out the center of the store, usually by all of the outdoor goods. I also stock up on waters while I’m there. One of the biggest aspects of nutrition and health is hydration!!
A good source of more health information and wellness is the Healthy Living Made Simple e-zine that Sam’s Club puts out. You can find it HERE. This month had helpful information like how to train for a marathon and how to avoid seasonal allergies.

I love Sam's Club, they have everything! We just set up a weight machine in our basement… so far I haven't been motivated to get on it, maybe this will get my booty in gear!
