Hi friends! You’re most requested post is finally here: What I Eat in A Day. I wanted to also share this delicious protein oatmeal as it’s a staple to my every day.
Breakfast:
- Protein bars- normal carb day or low carb day
- Protein shake and oatmeal (below)
Snack:
Lunch:
- Grilled Chicken over a Cabbage Salad Mix
- + Ezekiel Toast if it’s a normal carb day
Snack:
Dinner:
- Burrito Bowl:
- Chicken, veggies and cheese on high protein/fat days
- Chicken, veggies, and brown rice on normal carb days
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (any kind works— regular, almond, etc.)
- 2 TBSP PB2
- Optional: 1 TBSP protein powder
- Toppings: drizzle of peanut butter
- Place the rolled oats, PB2, protein powder (if using) and milk into a medium pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat while stirring continuously. Once boiling, reduce heat tolow and stir for 3 minutes or until oats have thickened. Drizzle with peanut butter
