Working out with Baby- favorite “sweet treat” recipe

@victoriahemeyer and I have a fun fitness challenge going on Instagram, so jump on and join!  I wanted to share my sweet tooth fixer because I don’t know about you but I tend to crave ice cream in the summer.  There’s nothing better than a big mint chocolate chip ice cream cone after a hot, sweaty day.  Until I realized that cone was roughly a 1000 calories and I won’t even talk about the fat content.  Not saying that I don’t still get those delicious treats, but here’s an alternatives that’s much nicer to your waistline.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1 frozen banana
1 Sambazon Acai Superfruit Pack (got at Costco)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seed
Coconut for garnish

First blend the coconut milk and spinach.  Then add in all remaining ingredients and blend.  You’ll have a frosty like consistency of healthy, delicious “ice cream”.

Huddy prefers it as a smoothie so I add a whole cup of milk to his instead.
