If you’ve been following for awhile, you know I love a good party. I haven’t thrown one in who knows how long, but I promise to be back in my party hostess mode as soon as we move. Anyway, I ran across The Entertaining Shoppe while brainstorming an engagement shower and can’t wait to plan my parties with this stellar company.
The Entertaining Shoppe is a party decoration company run by 6 very talented women out of Colorado. Their goal was to make party planning less stressful and more fun! If you take a look at the website, you’ll see they’ve come up with unique party themes. Some of my favorites are the Pique Nique, Vintage Wedding Shower, Winter Open House, and Big Top Birthday Bash. Then, they have helpful tips and recipes for each theme, an entire blog dedicated to tips/recipes AND a plethora of pictures to help get your creative juices flowing. To add icing to the cake, if it can be hand-made, it is.

What makes this party planner really great, is how she can handle a crisis. 3 weeks before my wedding date, my mother suffered a medical emergency that required surgery and subsequent hospital recovery. The planner was extremely crucial in helping us cancel the vendors, pick a later date and then re-confirming all the little details that we had set up originally.
