Christmas Photos

Hey there friends.  Long time no talk.  So long, I’m just now posting our Christmas photos!  Whoops 🙂  But it was a much needed and very enjoyed vacation.
So back track to Christmas!  Christmas Eve night my mom, hubby and I spent listening to holiday music and setting up Huddy’s surprises.  We were all SO excited for him to open his gifts!  Mom, Jason and I woke up early Christmas day, got snacks and coffee set up, and just talked while we anxiously waited for little man.  He finally woke up around 8:00 AM, saw what we had done to the living room, and flipped out.  I mean full blown crying, snot dripping out of his nose, red faced freak out.  It took a good hour and a cookie for him to calm down.
Once he settled it was all fun and games!  He loved his kitchen set from PB, which was a gift from my dad.  We got him lots of food and pots and pans to bang around and he had a grand time.  I was super excited about the teepee from B.E. Little You and Me, but it took Hud a little longer to get used to it.  Once he did, we wrapped up in that gorgeous Little Cocoa Bean blanket and read all the books I had been stockpiling from Primrose.  If you haven’t checked out Primrose Books on Instagram yet, make sure to.  She finds the best books for your little!
As you can see he got spoiled rotten and spent lots of time snuggling with the grandparents.  I also got great gifts from the family, but I have to share these two serving utensils from Jessica N Designs.  They’re vintage silverware, absolutely gorgeous, and something I will cherish every single holiday season.  I can’t wait to pass these down to my future daughter/ daughter-in-law!!

  1. What great photos! That vintage kitchen is awesome and the teepee is adorable, as is your son! Christmas is so magical through the eyes of a child.

  2. My kids got a play kitchen too and they are loving it. That is a really awesome looking teepee. It looks like it would be lots of fun.
