Chocolate Post-Workout Recovery Shake
- 2 cups fairlife
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (my favorite is AboutTime)
- Garnish with granola
- Put chocolate milk, frozen banana, flaxseed, cocoa powder and protein powder together in blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Should have the same consistency as a milkshake.
- Garnish with granola and Enjoy!
I've never heard of Fair Life Chocolate Milk (or any milk from them). How does the filtering system work? What is filtered out? Sorry for all the questions, just very curious!
This shake looks super delicious! I need to add more protein to my diet so I need to look into more delicious shake recipes like this!

Ooh this shake looks great! I've been seeing FairLife in the store but haven't tried it. Think I'm going to have to try the chocolate 🙂

Yum! This looks extra chocolatey and decadent. This would be great with a little scoop of peanut butter too 🙂
