How to Have a Healthy and Natural Pregnancy

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and healthy mama® , but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #gethealthymama  http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV
Ya’ll, this is what we’ve been waiting for: all-natural pre and postnatal care for women. Healthy mama® is a brand looking to change the way women are cared for.  They have released a line of Ob/Gyn recommended, free of harmful chemicals, organic and non-GMO supplements and medication that are safe* for pregnant and breastfeeding ladies.  I am so proud and excited for this line and hope it can help you as much as it’s helped me.  The best part?  You can pick it up at Target!  No more ordering and waiting for delivery on your pre/postnatal care.
Being a personal trainer and a workout obsessed woman, I haven’t given up my workouts.  But I forgot how sore my muscles get when I’m pregnant!  Normally it’s bearable, but now I have trouble sleeping at night my body hurts so bad.  Then I got to try the healthy mama® Eazzze the Pain pain relief.  Not only does it reduce my soreness, it helps me sleep.  This and some nightly stretching/foam rolling has made me feel like a new woman.
If you’ve been following along, you also know we’ve been dealing with a lot of stress over here.  Not only are we expecting a new bundle of joy, but we’re also trying to move and sell our current house.  Which has proved to be no easy fate.  So extra stress, along with my all-day nausea and heightened hormones have made me a bit, well, crazy.  Ok more than a bit.  If you see my husband, you should probably give him a hug and a pat on the back.  But I’ve found relief in this Calm the Crazy tea by healthy mama®.  Not only does it help with my sick stomach, but it also eases my anxiety.  On extra crazy mornings, I have a big cup of this tea and some cinnamon toast.  It’s the best way to start my day!
A healthy mama is a happy mama, right?

  1. This is such a great post, Jess! I wish I would have stumbled upon more posts like this when I was pregnant. Doing the best things (like having a natural pregnancy) seemed SO hard at that time. I hope you'll keep sharing and inspiring more preggo mamas!!!

  2. I'm so bummed I didn't know about healthy mama when I was pregnant this last time. Oh well, I'll know for next time right?! 🙂
