This post is sponsored by Oilogic, essential oils for sleep. I only work with brands that I truly love, so thank you for helping me to support them.
Henley has been the HARDEST baby to sleep train. Seriously. The girl just does not want to sleep! She definitely doesn’t get that from me. Anyways, I have tried just about everything to get her on a sleep schedule, and I wanted to share something that’s worked not just for her, but for me too. It’s called Oilogic, essential oils for sleep, and it’s been a game-changer for the Hughes’.
Oilogic is an essential oil company that makes natural remedies for children. I received their Nighttime Routine line. (cute video included). It comes with a lavender essential oil roll on, a vapor bath, and a moisturizer. Each night I give Henley and Hudson a bath using the vapor bath, then they get a massage with the lavender moisturizer. I also rub the lavender oil on their feet. Then it’s book and bed time! I’ve noticed both fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. No joke! It has helped this mama catch up on some much needed ZZzs.
Every Oilogic product is free of: petroleum, phthalates, paragons, sulfates, gluten, dead, dyes, mineral oil, artificial colors, and synthetic perfumes. They are also Pediatrician tested and approved! And if you’re a fur lover like I am, they do not test on animals. Definitely a brand I can stand behind!
Did you know March is National Sleep Awareness Month? I didn’t either but I’m all about it! To celebrate, Oilogic is hosting an amazing giveaway, with a grand prize worth over $1,330! Gifts include flat screen TVs, all the Oilogic products you could want, and a Barnes and Noble gift card. You can enter here: Better Sleep Project Sweepstakes.

I think my mom may need this. My little sister is also picky when it comes to sleeping. Sometimes she takes a late nap, and though it’s a much needed break, she wakes up at 9 or 10 and then doesn’t go to bed until like 2 am. And then other times she wakes up super early (like 5 or 6). Maybe Oilogic can help her get to bed at a decent time and restore at least a fraction of our sanity.
Lavender really helps our body relax! It’s really nice that there are products to help your baby sleep better. I wish I had this years ago when the twins were so much smaller!
I would have to try that for my grandson. There are nights when he is such a light sleeper. I know lavender oil really helps relax and induce a more restful sleep so there is no doubt that I am going to love these products!
I love that there are ways now to help children sleep better. So many times I was up with my kids in the middle of the night strictly because they couldn’t fall back to sleep.
I have to try this! It has been a nightmare trying to get my son on a normal sleep schedule! I have never heard of this, but it might be the answer to getting to sleep again ha ha
My kids are older, but I bet they would like this too. I have to check it out.
I could use this now myself. I’m the worst sleeper. It’s so great to see a more natural option available for helping the little ones get the sleep they need.
My son is four years old and still doesn’t sleep through the night. I can’t wait to give this a try says the desperate momma.
My 5 year old still has some trouble sleeping through the night. I need to look into this. Thanks for the info!
