But now that I’ve done it for so long, I can’t remember what it was like before I started intermittent fasting! I promise you’ll start seeing benefits soon if you’re not already- trust me! This is a frequently asked question and one I really want to dive into today because I believe in supplements and really try out the products before I recommend them. My Favorite Supplements for Intermittent Fasting
- BCAAs– these are the best tasting and have the best results. BCAAs are great in helping muscles recover and tone faster!
- Magnesium Oxide– Have trouble sleeping? I take 2-3 of these a night and they’ve helped A TON!!
- Melatonin– Also essential for sleep. The better your sleep, the better your recovery and ultimately your workouts!
- Cardio Cuts– Ok so this is a bit pricey, but it is a pre-workout that really works.
