Can ya’ll believe it’s week 7 of the Holiday Honey Hustle Challenge? To celebrate we have a big giveaway at the bottom worth $500! Today I’m going to share the products I’m going to use to lose 10-15 lbs in January. If you haven’t been following along on stories, you need to be. I cover the current anti-diet I’m on and how I plan on losing in the New Year. Anyways, I have a list of what I am stocking up on now so when January 1 rolls around I am READY to get healthy! - This detox tea is my favorite! I drink it in the mornings before I start eating.
- Epsom salts for baths. After a heavy workout I do a hot bath with a cup of epsom salt in it.
- Supplemental Detox
- Erin Condren planner– I don’t know about ya’ll but I love to write everything down. It keeps me accountable. They also have workout booklets to add to your planner, and plenty of stickers to help too!
- Body wraps. Let me preface this by saying I don’t think wraps actually help a person lose weight, but I DO think they help detox the skin. The whole point of our challenge in January is to really detox and restart our systems.

I think this challenge really showed how important diet is in our lives. Working out alone isn’t going to get us where we want to be.
