Ok friends and family, shit got real, real fast.  Most of us are stuck at home, with kids.  That being said and as we’ve discussed on stories Happily Hughes is here to motivate you, make you laugh, and inspire you.  So to kick off the first official week of quarantine, let’s get our ducks in a row.  

Here is everything you need for Faster Way to Fat Loss, At-Home Workouts, and Home Equipment: 

  • Everything you need to start FWTFL.  This is the time ladies.  No more excuses.  We’ll be home for at least the next two weeks and that will give you plenty of time to get this down.
  • Home Gym Equipment– If you’re getting ready for the long haul I suggest ordering NOW.  Deliveries are already being delayed.  This is everything I have in my personal gym.
  • Supplements- This is what I currently take: 
    • Pre-workout– great for cardio and weight-lifting 
    • BCAAs– Post-workout recovery.  Very important for muscle recovery and toning.
    • Magnesium– Also important for recovery as well as STRESS.
    • CBD muscle lotion– I LOVE THIS STUFF! Helps with muscle and joint soreness.
