Where to begin? I’ve had the pleasure of going on several Royal Caribbean cruises, which you can see here. That being said, Navigator of the Seas with Coco Cay has definitely topped the charts on my list of favorite cruises of all time. Ever. Let me tell you why.
Where to stay:
Obviously on the cruise ship, you goober ;). We had a stateroom with a balcony and it was plenty of room for Chelsea and I. What I enjoyed about this ship specifically is that it’s smaller than the other ships we’ve been on, so it was easier to get around. Because of this I don’t have a specific area you should shoot for when booking your room, they’re all good. That being said, we still got to enjoy all of the amenities and activities of the larger ships! Keep reading for more information regarding activities etc…
What to do:
- CocoCay– you MUST do the water park. Must. Have To. Don’t miss it. You get to be a kid again all day, plus there’s tons for the little ones to do as well- splash pads, smaller slides, etc. AND there’s the Snack Shack, which if you haven’t already seen on my instastories, has the best hamburgers!
- While on CocoCay there is also an adult’s only section that is SO fun. Think swim up bar playing all of our old and favorite booty-shaking songs. Or there’s a floating bar in the middle of the ocean. After the water park we spent the rest of the day there and just floated in those gorgeous Caribbean blue waters. It was so relaxing we almost missed the boat!
- Everything on the ship! For adults only: we laid out in the Solarium, worked out at the gym, got massages at the spa, danced all night, and attended the shows- including the comedian (who was hilarious). Also don’t miss the belly flop contest and Quest. You’ll thank me later 😉
What to eat:
Definitely the best food I’ve experienced with Royal as well. We typically headed to the Windjammer for a buffet breakfast and had plenty of healthy options available to us. For lunch we either enjoyed a meal on land (Snack Shack at Coco!) or went back to the Windjammer for buffet lunch. Dinner options are endless and we specifically enjoyed Jamie’s and Chops. That being said, dinner in the main dining was also delicious and they always had something fun to mix it up- whether it was after meal apertivos or a change to the entree options.
This cruise is definitely one of my favorites!! Such a fun experience and so much to do!! Love your swimsuits and outfits!

The ship looks like a good one. It always amazes me how beautiful the food looks on a cruise ship. I would think it is difficult to keep it looking nice.
